Pricing & engagement

Straightforward about
how we work and what it costs

Two ways to access Persona Dynamics: direct platform access for teams ready to self-serve, and managed engagements for organisations that want expert support building and applying their knowledge base.

Start where you are

Most organisations begin with a conversation. The right track depends on how much research infrastructure you have and how much support you need getting started.

Expert-led, from scoping through to delivery

For organisations that want help building and applying their knowledge base, not just access to software. All engagements include platform access for the duration.

Pricing questions, answered

We don't currently offer an open free trial, because the platform's value is tightly coupled to the quality of data you bring to it; a generic demo doesn't represent what it would do with your research. Instead, we offer a structured demo using your use case and, for organisations that want to test fit, a scoped pilot is usually the most effective starting point. Get in touch and we'll find the right approach.
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront and offer approximately 15% savings compared to monthly billing. Enterprise subscriptions are always annual and are priced per organisation rather than per user, with pricing based on team size, data volume and feature requirements.
Yes. Persona Dynamics Ltd is registered as a supplier on Find a Tender and is working through qualification for relevant Crown Commercial Service frameworks including the AI Dynamic Purchasing System (RM6200) and Research & Insights DPS (RM6126). Scoped pilots from £10,000 typically sit below formal procurement thresholds for public sector and third-sector organisations. We can also accommodate PO-based procurement; contact us to discuss.
A guided setup is support layered on top of a platform subscription, where we help you structure your evidence base and get started, then hand over to your team. A scoped pilot is a fully managed engagement where we build and deploy a specific knowledge system end-to-end, with a defined deliverable. Pilots are better suited to complex evidence architectures or where dedicated delivery resource is needed. Most clients who start with a pilot continue to a platform subscription once they've seen results.
No. Your data is never used to train AI models, ours or any third-party provider's. Each organisation's data is stored in a siloed vector store on UK-hosted AWS infrastructure and is deleted on account closure. Data processing agreements are provided for Enterprise and managed engagement clients.
The platform works best with a meaningful body of proprietary research, but what constitutes "enough" varies significantly by use case. We've worked with clients whose evidence base ranged from a handful of documents to thousands of pages. The platform's confidence scoring makes data quality transparent, so thin coverage is visible rather than hidden. A discovery conversation is the best way to assess whether what you have is sufficient, and if not, what additional data collection would unlock the most value.

Not sure which model fits?

The best starting point is a short conversation about your use case, your evidence base and what decisions you're trying to support. No obligation.
